A document that walks into a loop

This address answers 200 with a page. What the page does is send the browser to ping, and from there it is the server's Location headers going round in circles. Anything that counts HTTP redirects starts counting one hop after it has already loaded a document, so a chain reported as two hops long really cost three requests.
